For those who don’t know me, I’m Justin Havre. I've had an amazing journey in real estate, going from agent to leading the #1 eXp team in the world. (Yup, number 1!) Reputation is everything. These days, a whopping 97% of people read online reviews¹ before choosing a local business. That includes us realtors. Money flows where attention goes, so if 97% of consumers are seeking reviews, you can be sure that's where I'm putting my stragegic focus too.

Awhile ago, I placed a bet—that Google Reviews were going to increase in importance. I decided to focus on my online reputation for long-term growth. Like all of us, I’ve made my fair share of mistakes, but that's one bet I got right. The ROI on our Google reviews has been off the charts. To this day, our team isn't getting reviews by accident.
